Terry with Raycon was very professional and his team did an excellent job. He answered all my questions and was a pleasure to work with. I actually recommended him to a friend of mine and he too is now using Raycon to do their roof.

Excellent service, Fantastic quality of work, Attention to detail, Perfectionist. Short sum of Terry's roofing work that I hired him for. All around a great guy, very personable, easy to work with. It is hard to find companies/people to actually care about the quality of work you are paying for. I personally worked with Terry on a roofing project that I needed taken care of on a house flip I was working on. It was a mess prior to hiring him. I had a small waterfall coming in from the roof straight to my kitchen. (this was a New Orleans home that was about 140 years old). Terry identified the problem very quickly and jumped on the opportunity to work with me. I couldn't have been happier with the work I received from him. I highly recommend this company, you won't be disappointed.

Waiting for the Free Blue Tarp Roof Program of LA for ten days after Hurricane Ida ravaged our New Orleans East home's steep 11 pitch roof, my husband and I were facing a grave dilemma...what company could we call at this late hour to repair our roof before the effects of on-coming Hurricane Nicholas with its heavy on-going rain would devastate our untarped home? I searched and prayed to find a company that I could convince to help us and Raycon Roofing appeared before me with several photos of new construction with several steep roof lines minus shingles. I knew without a doubt to make the dire phone call. The mysteriously kind, compassionate voice on the other side of the call was Mr. Ray! Imagine my relief that I am connected to the only person in this company who could make my worry disappear! Mr. Ray listened, evaluated our damaged roof photos, gave us a financial plan, and gave his word that he would send his crew the very next end of day despite a full day's schedule he had in place. Mr. Ray raised our confidence, took stress off our shoulders, when his crew showed up the very next end of day as promised. We will always remember and appreciate the attentive, compassionate, and professional Mr. Ray. During our initial call to him, Mr. Ray was in Biloxi, Mississippi, with family attending to laying his grandfather to rest, yet found the time and interest in helping a family in need and we are most humbly grateful.

I called Terry this morning to see if he could help me out with a roofing issue, and I just received the photos of a job well done at half the cost we were quoted from other roofers. Our business will be using Terry & his team for all of our roofing needs in the future. We struck gold with this business! Thanks so much!

Terry and Pete with Raycon were great. Terry came out the same day I called to take a look at a leak I had, immediately diagnosed the problem (flashing laid incorrectly) and scheduled to come fix it at my convenience. He and Pete showed up on time and even fixed another small problem area he noticed while we were looking at the general condition of my roof. Will definitely be using Raycon again in the future!
